Application of Terms of Use

EDGECASE, Inc.("Company") grants you a license to use the Plug-in App on condition that you strictly comply with all of the terms of this agreement. by installing the Plug-in App, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree to these terms, do not install the Plug-in App (for miiro.net). by installing the Plug-in App, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.

Change or Discontinuance of the Service and Plug-in App

Company reserves the right to change the functionality of the Service and Plug-in App, or discontinue providing the Service and Plug-in App without notice to you. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer as a result of such change or discontinuation.

Your Privacy

We will only use personal information collected through your use of this Services and Plug-in App in the manner set forth in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you for any of the following reasons, irrespective of the reason, and irrespective of default, tort, or any other legal cause of claim.

1. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions
2. Force majeure such as natural disaster, disturbance, riot, etc.
3. Failure of the User's equipment, failure of Internet connection service to the facilities for this Service, etc. Failure of the User's connection environment
4. Damage caused by the performance value of the Internet connection service, such as response time from the facilities for this service and plug-in App.
5. Invasion of computer viruses into the facilities for the Service.
6. Unauthorized access or attack by a third party to the Service Facilities, etc., which cannot be prevented even with the due care of a good manager.
7. Damages caused by other than us in the application of the Service and the Plug-in App.

Principle of Self-Responsibility

In the event that the User causes damage to a third party due to reasons attributable to the User, or If a claim or other demand is made by a third party, the user shall handle and resolve the claim or demand at the user's own responsibility and expense. The same shall apply in the event that a customer suffers damages from a third party or files a claim or other demand against a third party as a result of the customer's use of the Service and the Plug-in App.

Information (content) provided or transmitted by users using the Service and Plug-in App is provided at the user's own risk, and Company makes no warranty of any kind regarding its content, etc., and shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

Prohibitions

User acknowledges and agrees that User is prohibited from the following acts with respect to Plug-in App, to duplicate, extract, modify, make transmittable or otherwise make any secondary use; to rent, sell, distribute, transmit to the public, sublicense or otherwise make available for any third parties; or to analyze or modify by decompiling, disassembling and/or reverse engineering. User acknowledges and agrees that User is prohibited from the following acts with respect to Plug-in App: to infringe any rights of Company or third parties; to harm or disturb Company or third parties; to prevent Company from providing and managing Plug-in App; or to act as deemed to be likely to do the aforementioned acts.
